About the Role:

The Operator I - Level 1 plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production or processing equipment within the facility. This entry-level position focuses on monitoring machinery, performing routine inspections, and maintaining operational standards to meet production goals. The operator will be responsible for identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment. This role requires adherence to established protocols and collaboration with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance and work performance.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
