• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet performance and reliability.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics as needed.
• Respond to on-site repair requests and work efficiently in various conditions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Valid CDL license is a plus; must have a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with diagnostic and repair tools specific to diesel mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency repairs.
