POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client in searching for an Office Manager to join their growing team. The Site Manager/Office Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and operational control of all business functions at assigned client site(s). This role ensures the timely and effective delivery of all client-contracted services while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and quality. This is an onsite temp to hire position, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serves as the primary liaison between the client and company, fostering a proactive, responsive, and service-oriented partnership
  • Evaluates and resolves high-priority and complex issues through effective communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Interfaces with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as needed to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Operations Management

  • Oversees all client-contracted services at the assigned site, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional quality and customer service
  • Prioritizes and schedules all work, including overflow distribution to backup facilities
  • Ensures the proper maintenance, usage, and inventory of all equipment and supplies
  • Analyzes and monitors daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, measuring performance against established company goals

Financial Management

  • Manages site budget, resource allocation, and forecasting to optimize the use of resources and ensure accurate reporting of budgetary expenditures

Reporting & Performance

  • Prepares and maintains status reports, productivity reports, and other key source documents to support optimal staff and site performance

People Management

  • Leads all aspects of staff management, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, coaching, mentoring, and professional development
  • Administers corrective actions in a timely and consistent manner, in accordance with company policy
  • Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate corporate policies, goals, and operational updates
