Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Current and valid OT licensure in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Team-oriented mindset and a passion for fostering student independence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for OT services
  • Develop and carry out targeted intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Facilitate small group and one-on-one sessions to promote fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
  • Provide staff and family education as needed on strategies for student success
