Occupational Therapist School Setting - Bellevue, WA

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll support a diverse caseload of K-12 students, making a meaningful impact on their growth and development. Two OT positions are available with schedules of 37.5 hours per week, spanning August 17, 2026, through June 16, 2027.

Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Washington OT licensure/certification
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start
• Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and therapeutic intervention skills
• Ability to connect with children and adolescents across all grade levels (K-12)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Committed to working onsite throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' functional abilities to identify OT needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Document interventions, progress, and reports in line with school and district requirements
• Assist with IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
• Provide both direct and consultative occupational therapy services
