Job Description:
R.L. KLEIN & Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time school-based contract opportunity in the Orlando/Orange County, Florida area for the school year.

The Occupational Therapist will provide education-based therapy services to students and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students' functional, developmental, and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' fine-motor, sensory, and functional needs.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans.
Provide therapy addressing:
Daily living skills
Motor coordination
Sensory processing
School participation and functional skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
Attend and participate in IEP meetings and provide appropriate recommendations.
Monitor student progress and modify intervention plans as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical, treatment, and compliance documentation.
Communicate effectively with families, educators, and other members of the student support team.

Qualifications:
Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
Pediatric or school-based occupational therapy experience preferred.
Previous experience working with students is highly preferred.
IEP experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
