Compensation: Competitive hourly rate up to $50hr with benefits (DOE)

Responsibilities
Evaluate and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Help patients improve skills for daily living, self-care, and functional independence
Provide interventions for patients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges
Collaborate closely with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families for holistic care
Document progress accurately and timely to support quality care and compliance

Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of TX or ability to obtain license
Experience in post-acute or SNF setting preferred, but new grads are welcome
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation
