Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA

Join Priority Care Rehab's compassionate skilled nursing team and help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising therapist
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Valid COTA certification
• SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
