Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner

PRN providers for ongoing shifts as needed.
MUST have SYSTOC experience

Work Details: DOT physicians, pre-employment physicals for variety of jobs and clients, Injury care (initial/follow up/referral)
- Facility Type: Employee Health Clinic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR: SYSTOC & EPIC
- Avg. Daily Census: 15 patients per day
- Patient Age Group: Ages 16+
- Procedures: laceration care (suture/staple/adhesive), splinting/fracture care, FB removal of the eye, eye fluorescein staining and evaluation/treatment of ocular injuries/emergencies.
- Requirements: Must have experience in ER/Urgent Care setting with SYSTOC EMR, Can be lenient on DOT medical examiner requirement
- State License(s): Indiana
- 30-60 days for credentialing.
