This is a rare opportunity to join a supportive, patient-centered team in a scenic Montana community, offering full-scope OB/GYN care with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

• Schedule: 10 consecutive days ON (includes call & deliveries), followed by 20 days OFF every month

• Practice Setting: Hospital + clinic

• Team: 3 OB/GYN physicians sharing equal rotation (10 days/month each)

• Low Volume: deliveries/year

• Patient Load: patients/day

• Focus: Personalized care, strong patient relationships, no production pressure

• 25-bed hospital

• 24/7 call during your 10-day rotation (20-minute response time)

• Rotation runs 8:00 AM 8:00 AM

• C-section rate: 28%

• VBACs: Not performed

• No high risk- all transferred out

• CRNAs available for epidurals

• Clinic Schedule:

  • 4.5 days/week

  • Half-day for admin/charting/patients

  • Typical hours: 8:00 4:30 or 8:30 5:00

• $325,000 Annual Salary
  (Based on 10 working days/month in a low-volume setting)

• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000 (Montana program)

• $5,000 CME allowance annually
