Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time PRN

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare system in Hamilton, Texas to hire compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical setting.

In this role, you will assess patients, provide treatments, and collaborate with care teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
  
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed
  
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications

• Active Texas RN License
  
• BLS certification required
  
• ACLS and/or PALS preferred
  
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
