Overview:
Our established primary care practice is seeking Our Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient care for diverse patient population. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply for this opportunity focused on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient health management.

Position Offers:

• Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Competitive compensation: $120,000 $150,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform well visits, sick visits, annual physicals, and comprehensive patient assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications as needed
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation

Qualifications:

• Current California Nurse Practitioner license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (medical Spanish only)
• Primary care experience and Emergency Room experience as an RN or NP preferred
