Nurse - Family Medicine

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Richmond Family Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our Family Medicine/Primary Care Clinic in Richmond, MO. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced family medicine outpatient setting
• Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document medical histories
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed by physicians
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education
• Coordinate care transitions, referrals, and follow-up appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone triage
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR)

Requirements:

• Active CNA, CMA, or LPN license in the state of Missouri - OR working to obtain
• Phlebotomy Skills
• Experience in a primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, medication administration, and patient assessment
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
