TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking CNC Machinists, CNC Operators, and Heavy Equipment Operators in the Odessa, TX 79766 area. The company is ready to review resumes, interview quickly, and move forward with qualified applicants.

We are looking for dependable applicants who are committed to a long-term opportunity and open to overtime as needed.

Pay: $17-$26/hr DOE; higher pay may be considered for strong, directly related experience
CNC Machinist / CNC Operator: $20-$26/hr DOE; higher for strong CNC, lathe, Mazak, drill pipe, or rotary shoulder connection experience
Heavy Equipment Operator: $17-$22/hr DOE; higher for strong heavy-duty forklift, front-end loader, yard, drill pipe, or inventory experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed
Location: Odessa, TX 79766

Open Positions Include:

CNC Machinist / CNC Operator

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining or CNC operating experience preferred
• Experience operating CNC lathe machines preferred
• Mazak machine experience is a plus
• Drill pipe experience is preferred
• Rotary shoulder connection experience is a plus
• Must be able to read basic measurements, follow work instructions, and maintain quality standards
• Entry-level CNC candidates may be considered if they have strong mechanical ability and a good work ethic

Heavy Equipment Operator

• Experience operating heavy-duty forklifts, front-end loaders, or similar yard equipment
• Case forklift experience is a plus, but other heavy-duty forklift experience will be considered
• Yard experience preferred
• Inventory experience is a plus
• Will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving drill pipe
• Must be safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced yard/shop environment

Work Environment:

• Shop and yard environment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around heavy equipment
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and around drill pipe/materials

Required Attire:

• Jeans or work pants
• Steel toe boots
