Exciting opportunity to apply your kitchen skills in a fast-paced environment as a Night Shift Kitchen Manager. You will oversee a small team during night and weekend shifts, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality meals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a small kitchen team of 1-5 members during night shifts
  • Oversee food preparation to maintain quality and consistency
  • Manage monthly inventory control and ordering
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain kitchen safety compliance and sanitation oversight
  • Manage overall kitchen operations during shift

  • Entry-level experience in kitchen management
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Strong team leadership skills
