Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (set by job order, non-negotiable)
• Competitive Salary Starting at: $265,000 annually, with annual increases

What You ll Do

• Provide coverage at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14)
• Offer neonatology services including HFOV, jet ventilation, and subspecialty support
• Collaborate with a team of six neonatologists within a private practice model
• Deliver high-quality care for neonates in a supportive environment
• Participate in approximately 10 shifts per month, sharing responsibilities with experienced team members
• Coordinate with hospital staff and subspecialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Engage in a community-oriented hospital setting that values work-life balance and professional growth

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Oklahoma Medical License (or ability to obtain)

Preferred:

• Experience in Level III NICU settings is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
