Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor

The Assistant Superintendent supports the successful execution of construction projects by coordinating and supervising subcontractors, managing schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring work meets quality standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include overseeing site logistics, material deliveries, inspections, daily reporting, punch list management, and maintaining project documentation. The role works closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to resolve project challenges, track progress, support schedule adherence, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily housing, with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred. Must possess or obtain OSHA 30 certification, demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Proficiency with Procore and general computer applications is required. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a phone, and be available to respond to project needs outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary to meet project deadlines.
