MSP Service Delivery Manager

Combined Technology is a fast-growing MSP based in Tulsa, serving the northeast Oklahoma market.

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee our team of technicians, manage day-to-day ticket workflow, and perform a few hours of hands-on technical work for clients each day. This role requires previous production/service management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the technical depth to be the go-to resource for our team's toughest questions.

Must live in Tulsa or within 45 miles of the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ticketing system, including prioritizing and scheduling tickets
• Assign tickets and job times to technicians
• Manage workflow throughout the day
• Manage by objective to ensure technicians are attaining billable hour goals
• Facilitate weekly production meetings
• Train new and current technicians
• Answer IT-related technical questions and provide support for technicians
• Provide hands-on or remote technical support during ticket overflow
• Help maintain SOPs and centralized documentation for the team

Required Skills

• Windows, Windows Server, and Hyper-V experience required
• Windows Server administration: Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, RDP, RRAS, Print Management, Group Policy
• Office 365 administration: user and group creation, SharePoint sites, policies, and Entra ID
• Google Workspace Administration
• SonicWALL and Ubiquiti firewall configuration: VLANs, port forwarding, firewall rules, VPN
• Smart switch and VLAN experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Solid understanding of internet security and data privacy principles

Preferred Skills

• Acronis Cyber Protect experience
• Huntress Security Products
• Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, or Ubiquiti experience
• Mac/Apple experience

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
• Rotating on-call Saturday schedule
• Some overtime required
