Job Description: Core Engineering C++ (modern C++) Must be able to read, understand, and validate AI-generated code BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) 5+ years of experience AI / Development Tools Claude Hands-on usage in real development workflows Python Used alongside AI tools for scripting, automation, or workflows Multi-Agent AI Experience Candidates must have worked with multi-agent / agentic AI systems Not just prompting a single model-must understand: Multiple agents collaborating Task delegation across agents Orchestration of workflows Agentic Development / AI Workflow Experience Experience beyond basic IDE usage Prefer: GitHub Copilot CLI or similar command-line AI workflows Spec-Driven Development (AI-enabled) Ability to: Take requirements ? generate structured specs (markdown) Use AI to drive development from those specs
