Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during service calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventative measures on equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in mobile service or heavy equipment repair.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Provide own tools
