Metal Fabricator / Welder

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal parts and assemblies according to specifications and production requirements.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Maintain production standards while meeting quality expectations.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with sheet metal fabrication and welding preferred.
• MIG and TIG welding experience strongly preferred.
• Experience operating metal fabrication and welding equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.

Requirements

• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and welding (preferred)
• MIG and TIG welding experience strongly preferred
• Ability to weld various metals in multiple positions
• Attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
• Must be willing to complete a weld test
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to set up and operate metalworking equipment
