Job Summary
The MEP Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination, scheduling, and communication activities that connect design, prefabrication, and field installation teams on multifamily construction projects. This role serves as the operational hub between engineering, project management, procurement, and trade partners - ensuring that design, installation and fabrication deliverables, BIM models, submittals, and RFIs are tracked, distributed, and resolved in a timely manner. The MEP Coordinator thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of project workflows, and keeps all stakeholders informed and accountable.
This role may also be titled BIM Coordinator, VDC Coordinator, or Project Engineer depending on experience.
