Mental Health Case Worker (LCSW/LMFT) Menlo Park, CA School-Based Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a licensed Mental Health Case Worker for a full-time contract assignment supporting a school district near Menlo Park during the school year. If you're passionate about helping students thrive, we'd love to connect with you.

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

Contract Dates:

• August 2026 - June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health services and case management

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Support student intervention planning

• Maintain timely documentation

• Partner with families and school staff to support student success

Qualifications:

• Active California LCSW or LMFT license

• Experience working with school-aged or adolescent populations preferred

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
