What You'll Do

As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection.

You will:

• Champion our mission to Make Lives Better through every interaction, program, and care decision.
• Serve as a trusted partner for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team-promoting whole person care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
• Design and lead meaningful, stage appropriate programs that bring comfort, joy, and purpose to those living with dementia.
• Provide support and education to families, helping them navigate their loved one's journey with compassion and understanding.
• Inspire and mentor your team, ensuring that best practices in dementia care are delivered consistently and with heart.

• Valid Texas RN license or compact nursing license - required
• Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
• Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills
• Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
• A compassionate heart and a service driven mindset
• A commitment to ensuring every resident receives dignified, person centered care
