Melt Shop Production Associate

At REAL ALLOY/IMSAMET of Arizona in Goodyear, you'll support furnace operations that keep production on track-safely, efficiently, and with pride.

• Compensation: $22.00/hour
• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off (includes nights/weekends)

• Forklift licensed and confident operating a sit-down forklift
• Comfortable working around molten metal in hot, outdoor industrial conditions with protective gear

• Operate mobile equipment to lift, move, and weigh materials
• Assist with furnace operations to keep output steady and within spec
• Help maintain high production quality standards
• Contribute to a tight-knit manufacturing team

• Sit-down forklift
• Forklifts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift licensed (or equivalent certification)
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends
