The Medical Office Manager oversees the daily operations of a small medical office team, ensuring efficient scheduling, compliance, and excellent patient service. Reporting directly to the Clinic Director, this role focuses on managing staff and office functions to support high-quality healthcare delivery without requiring any travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a small team of 1-5 medical office staff
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment management
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies
  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Conduct training and development to enhance staff skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in medical office management
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Knowledge of medical billing and healthcare compliance
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Proven ability in staff supervision and scheduling
