Medical Director - High-Growth Longevity & Metabolic Health Clinic ($250K-$325K)

We are seeking a patient-focused Medical Director to lead a rapidly growing functional medicine, wellness, and longevity clinic in Boca Raton, Florida.

This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a physician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about:

• Strong and rapidly growing patient demand
• High-income, health-conscious patient population
• AI-assisted documentation and efficient clinical workflows
• Strong clinical support team (MDs, PAs, MAs, admin staff)
• Minimal administrative burden for physician

• 100-120 patient visits daily across practice
• Physician typically sees 30-50 patients/day
• Majority clinical role with leadership responsibilities
