A rapidly growing concierge-style wellness and longevity clinic in Boca Raton is seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Medical Director to lead a highly respected preventative and functional medicine practice.

This is an opportunity for a physician who enjoys truly connecting with patients while practicing a more personalized and proactive style of medicine focused on long-term health optimization-not rushed, insurance-heavy traditional primary care.

This is an extremely well-supported, team-based clinical environment designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care-not administrative burden.

You'll work alongside:

• Physician Assistants
• Registered Nurses
• Medical Assistants
• Dedicated Administrative Staff

The support team handles much of the workflow and documentation process, allowing the physician to primarily focus on:

• Patient interaction
• Clinical decision-making
• Wellness strategy
• Relationship-building
• Treatment planning

The physician stepping into this role will be replacing a long-standing Medical Director who is deeply loved by the patient base, making bedside manner and personality extremely important.
