Mechanical Commercial Journeyman

We are seeking a Mechanical Commercial Journeyman for HVAC projects. Reporting to the general foreman on active projects, this role will perform mechanical installations, interpret blueprints, and follow established construction safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial mechanical systems, primarily HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints for mechanical installations.
• Follow construction safety procedures and applicable building codes.
• Support equipment installation on primarily new-construction projects.
• Collaborate with the general foreman and project team on active jobs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial mechanical installation experience.
• State or local journeyman mechanical license.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC systems.
• Experience with equipment installation, blueprint reading, and construction safety.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
