Now Hiring: Masking & Finishing Technicians

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work with small metal parts, carefully removing masking materials and ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

Responsibilities

• Remove masking tape and protective materials from metal parts with precision and care.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Handle and process small components in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow production procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small parts.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfortable working around paint and acetone fumes (PPE provided).
• Ability to lift light materials and products as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
