Job Title: Marketing Graphic Designer Location: Minneapolis, MN. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 60% of working days onsite, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Duration: Contract - 6+ months Possibility for extension and conversion. Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer with strong presentation and information design capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating client-facing sales enablement materials, applying information design and visual storytelling to complex content, and a proven ability to deliver clear, brand-aligned communications that support business development. Responsibilities: Design client-facing sales and marketing materials, including sales and finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and related digital assets. Apply information design principles to structure complex content, data, and messaging into clear, engaging visuals. Support standard and customized B2B sales presentations aligned to business line objectives. Partner with marketing, sales, product, and subject matter experts to translate strategy into impactful visual communications. Create customized finalist presentations to strengthen client engagement and drive business development. Develop visual frameworks, diagrams, data visualizations, and storytelling approaches that improve audience understanding and retention. Orchestrate content development, presentation creation, and compliance approvals for products, services, and initiatives. Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and visual best practices across deliverables. Support sales enablement by maintaining presentation and content libraries within Seismic. Contribute to projects that advance the objectives of marketing and client services teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Information Design, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years in presentation or information design, graphic design, or a comparable role, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry. Demonstrated expertise creating external sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, and client-facing collateral. Strong command of information design, visual storytelling, and data visualization principles. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including slide masters and color themes. Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Creative Suite or related tools. Familiarity with sales enablement and content management platforms, preferably Seismic. Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective cross-team collaboration. Ability to learn new concepts, tools, and systems quickly and independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in financial services or other regulated industries. Experience administering content in Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms. Must-Haves: Strong presentation and information design skills to translate complex content into clear visual stories. Creative thinker who designs engaging materials within brand guidelines. Self-starter with critical thinking, time management, and communication skills. Ability to contribute diverse perspectives and collaborate in an inclusive team environment. Excellent PowerPoint skills, including slide masters and color themes.
