MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECH

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Tech, you keep our facility running smoothly by diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems, and working collaboratively with Production to minimize downtime and maximize uptime. You are the hands-on technical expert who understands how equipment functions and how to fix it when it doesn't.

This role combines hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance execution, equipment documentation, and proactive communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Production teams.
