This is a fabulous opportunity for an entry level General Manager or AGM ready to step into a General Manager role.
The concept is an exciting hybrid, fast casual, full service, fresh cuisine.

A proven brand in other markets the concept will be expanding rapidly. The ideal candidate will be based in the Richmond, VA area.
To be considered for this role, candidates must currently be at the single unit, General Manager level or Assistant General Manager, $1.2M + annual sales, preferably with a well-known fast casual brand.

Some culinary experience is a benefit for this role.

We require strong leadership and a passion for team building, succession planning and a solid culinary background.
