Position Overview The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining the quality management system for a pressure-sensitive label stock manufacturing facility. This role ensures that raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods meet defined specifications and customer expectations. The Quality Manager oversees incoming raw material inspection, QC laboratory operations, manages customer claims, drives corrective and preventive actions, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
