Location: New York, NY Position Title: Manager Job Description: Responsible to drive end-to-end data engineering initiatives, including Azure Databricks development, SQLto- PySpark migration, and scalable data integration for digital engagement. Act as a single point of contact for client interactions, team management, and cross-functional collaboration. Interact with the client to get requirements and cascade the same across developers. Spearhead automation solutions using python, SQL, Pyspark, Azure Databricks, Azure Data factory. Ensure quality control, Compliance (HIPPA/OIG), and performance evaluation across teams. Lead stakeholder alignment and strategic data sourcing to power member insights and digital adoption analytics. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted. Job Requirements: Requires Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications, Computer Science, or a technology related field Plus Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare industry. Must have three (3) years of experience in the following: Azure Databricks Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Data factory PySpark Oracle SQL MS SQL Azure Synapse Analytics DB2 SSIS 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $167,000 to $175,000 per year.
