As our Make Ready Technician, you'll be the person who turns an empty apartment into someone's next home - and you'll see the impact of your craftsmanship every single day. Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials bonus

What We Expect from You:

• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work ahead of resident move-ins
• Handle painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general punch work
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Make sure every home meets our quality and safety standards before move-in
• Support the maintenance team with service requests and community appearance
• Keep the turn schedule moving and communicate clearly with the site team

What We Need From You:

• Experience in apartment maintenance, make-ready, construction, handyman, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical
• Appliance repair experience is a strong plus - we're willing to train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and a follow-through mindset
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently
