This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our facilities-ensuring that clients and staff experience a comfortable, well-cared-for environment every day. From repairing equipment to supporting facility upkeep, your work directly supports our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, assembling furniture, and conducting basic repairs. Maintain the appearance and functionality of offices, restrooms, showers, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Assist in receiving, restocking, and tracking materials and supplies; notify appropriate staff of low inventory. Support occasional facility projects and repairs under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor. Collaborate with team members to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all areas of the facility. Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School Diploma or GED preferred Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements Working knowledge of general housekeeping, cleaning methods, and basic maintenance procedures preferred General knowledge of building and equipment maintenance and repair preferred At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance or janitorial operations preferred A valid driver's license at the time of hire required You'll be a great fit for this role if you: Take pride in maintaining safe, clean, and functional environments for others.
