Maintenance Supervisor - Production

An established manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead an assigned shift and support reliable, safe, and efficient production in a 24/7 facility. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity overseeing maintenance employees, equipment reliability, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Duties & Responsibilities -Supervise and direct maintenance employees on an assigned shift, including planning, assigning, coaching, developing, and evaluating team members. -Oversee maintenance and capital projects while supporting mechanical and electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds. -Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability and utilization. -Partner with engineering and facility teams to support safety, quality, GMP, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements -Bachelor"s degree preferred OR minimum 2 years of plant experience. -Experience leading teams and following safety, security, sanitation, and quality policies and procedures. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based applications. -Strong communication, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and leadership skills. Preferences -Experience in a manufacturing or GMP environment. -Bilingual Spanish is a plus. -Schedule & Compensation -Tuesday-Saturday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM, Train on First shift -$76,000 annually -Must pass required pre-employment screening, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
