Job Description
My Client is hiring a Production & Maintenance Manager to lead daily plant operations in Andrews, SC. This role oversees maintenance (Lead Mechanic, 2 Mechanics, Maintenance Associate) and production teams (Supervisor + 8 Operators), ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance. 75% of the workload is production related and 25% of the workload is maintenance related.
