Perform inventory cycle count. Receive parts deliveries at loading dock and into inventory in the Maintenance Parts Room. Aid mechanics in finding the correct parts. Ensure all changes to the inventory are made promptly and accurately. Perform general organizational and data entry tasks. Perform other tasks as directed.
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. Proficient in Word and Excel; comfortable learning and using inventory control software. Organized, excellent time management, and attention to detail. Reliable; excellent attendance. Willingness and ability to grow and learn additional skills. Able to adapt to new duties quickly and work independently.
Physical Requirements
Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, telephones and other office equipment.
Frequently sit for long periods.
Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
