Machine Operator

- Shift: 12-hour rotating swing shift (includes on-call rotation)
- Pay: $23-$27/hour
- Location: On-site in Green Bay
- Position Type: Try-before-hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience operating industrial or production machinery
- Forklift experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet production standards
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality output
- Make routine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and occasional dust or humidity
- Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment
- Work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Wear required PPE at all times
