Job Description Job Description 2ND SHIFT LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY, LOTS OF ROOM FOR GROWTH! Machine Operator Barlett, IL Hours: 3:30pm - 12:00am and must be able to work until 2am Pay: $22.50 / hour

We are looking for one a 2nd shift Cooler Setup Person. This is a temp-to-hire position. The Coolers setup person will perform setup and make adjustments to all those machines. This includes setting up/calibrating/adjusting robotic welders, leak testers, the paste machine, weld fixtures, and other equipment in the area.

This position will begin training on 1st shift and will be phased into the 2nd shift as the employee learns (can work split shift for few weeks).
Responsibilities:

• Perform various warehouse support tasks.

• Entry test required: mechanical aptitude test

• Entry test required: mechanical aptitude test

• Entry test required: mechanical aptitude test

• Setup skills

• Experience in setup and adjustment of manufacturing equipment

• Knowledge of using calipers and gages

• Mechanically inclined individual

• Safety-oriented / Quality-oriented / Punctual and reliable, good attendance / Good Attitude

• Good English: Must be able to read technical English, speak, and understand English well
