Machine Operator Day & Night Shift

A well-known manufacturing company in Wilsonville is hiring Machine Operators for their production team.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you'll help produce specialized tubing used in life-saving products. This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working around machines, following detailed instructions, and performing quality checks in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

Machine Operator Job Duties

• Operate manufacturing equipment used to produce tubing
• Load and unload material into machines
• Monitor machines during production
• Inspect tubing for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures

Schedules Available Compressed Day Shift:
3:15 AM - 3:30 PM
Work 3 and 4 days per week on an alternating schedule
Compressed Night Shift:
3:15 PM - 3:30 AM
Work 3 and 4 days per week on an alternating schedule

Pay: $22.47 Day Shift $24.15 Night Shift

Machine Operator Job Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience
• Comfortable standing for a 12-hour shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs throughout the day
• High school diploma or GED required
