Job Description
A growing precision manufacturer in Midlothian, VA is hiring full-time Machine Operators for second shift. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company in the middle of a major facility expansion.

Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Set up and operate metal forming equipment to produce quality parts
- Use blueprints and router information to configure tooling and machinery
- Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks
- Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and productivity
- Experience with mechanical equipment in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
- Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
