Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Shift)
Schedule 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Lots of overtime available!
Position Overview A leading hardware distribution company is seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers/Lumpers to join their warehouse team. This position involves loading and unloading materials, palletizing products, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be safety-conscious, physically capable, and committed to maintaining productivity and attendance standards.
Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
• Palletize, sort, and organize products for shipment and storage.
• Perform general warehouse labor duties as assigned.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as needed to support operational demands.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required.
• Minimum of 1 years of forklift experience required.
• Ability to consistently lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to relocate to or commute to Spanaway, WA prior to starting employment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with loading and unloading freight.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
