Lubricator

Hiring Opportunity: Crestline, OH Our client is looking for a Lubricator to join their team! Our client produces and distributes glass for the automotive industry. The Lubricator will be responsible for lubricating all process production equipment, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of all lubrication areas and systems, and supporting maintenance personnel as needed. Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled lubrication of all process equipment using the correct lubricants and maintain weekly and monthly lubrication records. - Maintain and repair lubrication tools and equipment; submit job orders for items requiring additional attention. - Report equipment issues and potential problems to supervision. - Manage the hazardous materials area, including labeling and setting up containers for new and waste materials such as paints, oils, and solvents. - Operate basic shop machinery, including band saws, grinders, drill presses, and sandblasters. - Replace filters in air conditioners and man coolers, and clean heaters, blowers, and other air-moving equipment. - Repair floor cracks and holes throughout the facility. - Perform general non-technical maintenance tasks such as painting and replacing light bulbs. - Complete additional related duties assigned. Qualifications: - 1+ years of maintenance experience. - Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. - Ability to operate shop machinery. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Ability to use hand and power tools.
