From medication administration and patient assessments to triage and emergency response, no two shifts are exactly the same.

• Earn $32-$40 per hour, based on experience
• Choose from day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts
• Work extended day shifts and enjoy more days away from work
• Receive mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel of 50 miles or more
• Build valuable correctional healthcare experience
• Work with a professional, team-focused medical staff

• Days: 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
• Nights: 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.
• Weekday and weekend options are available

In this role, you will:

• Administer medications and complete med passes
• Conduct sick call and patient assessments
• Perform triage and respond to medical emergencies
• Complete intake screenings and evaluations
• Monitor chronic health conditions
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Collaborate with providers and custody staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

We are looking for LPNs who have:

• An active New Mexico LPN license or qualifying multistate compact license
• Correctional or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and confidence working independently
• The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• A dependable, professional approach to patient care
