• Identify and contact potential suppliers and operational service providers • Obtain and compare supplier quotations for products and services • Support the selection of cost-effective suppliers and service partners • Maintain supplier databases and quotation records • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding operational requirements • Support purchasing and sourcing activities as needed by the Operations Manager
Shipping & Receiving Operations
• Support daily shipping and receiving activities at the dock • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently • Verify incoming and outgoing quantities against applicable documentation • Inspect incoming goods for visible damage, quality issues, or discrepancies • Stage and prepare goods for outbound shipment • Support inventory movements and material handling as operationally required • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with company safety requirements • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant shipping and receiving area
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate closely with the US Operations Team and our headquarters in Germany • Act as a key operational contact for carriers, suppliers, and drivers • Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and documentation workflows
