Locums CRNA needed in Chicago, IL!! Willing to License! $210.00/hr to $220.00/hr

Start Date: late October/early November
Contract Length: 13 weeks, ample opportunity to extend
Shift Details: 3 x 12, must commit to a minimum of 3 weeks per month but highly prefer 4 weeks.

Work Details:
Patient population/age: 18+, though peds and neuro would be a huge PLUS.
EMR: EPIC. MUST Have at least 2 years using Epic EMR
Skills Required: All candidates should be well-versed in MAC and General anesthesia.
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
Board Certification: yes
License required: No, but MUST apply for IL licensure within a week of accepting offer.
DEA: No
