Location: Arizona

Schedule: Weekday day shifts, typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Call coverage is required, including weekday evening call and weekend and holiday call coverage.

Position Overview

Provide anesthesia services in a hospital based setting across a general surgical case mix.

Clinical Scope

• General surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, and gastroenterology
• No cardiac or neurosurgery coverage indicated

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona license
• Board certification as a CRNA
• ACLS
• PALS

• Estimated credentialing timeline: approximately 30 days
